Meditate on these things

Food for Thought

This does not demand posting back as an answer or thumb up for a reply, it only requires our reading and deeper thinking.
It should be generally accepted as a truth that nearly every day on whatsapp or other popular social media, an individual receives a text that either question, 'how was your night?' or 'how was your day?' But when last have you received and read a text that brings you to check back on yourself and say, where am I? Is this what I supposed to be doing? Am I getting it right as God wanted me to? Am I driving towards or away from my purpose? Am I fulfilling destiny or ruining it?
Have you ever received or When last do you receive from a friend, a text that quoted 'how is your christian life?' and what has been your reaction? If there has been any, and if not; at least tonight you have one. How do you live your life?

Nearly everyday we share text online either jokes or information, when last do you share the good news with a friend or stranger? If there is anything you need to be committed to, it should be this aforementioned task, evangelism is the greatest commission, engage in one today. Start with kid, youths or adult. It's not necessary you start looking for a best site to start with, start from where you are.
People get information about career, job, and updates from you, but has anyone gotten an information about Christ From you? Go and start imparting. If that information could give power, A salvational information you can provide will give to those you reach it with, the power to become Son of God and to inherit His kingdom. My pastor said today, you don't work to earn an inheritance, you only need to claim a sonship.

Nearly everyday you update or check status, but when last do you check your spiritual status? Which stage are you, Stagnant or updated? Are you actually growing or withering? Developing or demolishing? Your status is always updated on social media, but what about divinity information and revelational knowledge, what is your stand therein, null, updated or outdated?

Nearly every week, your display picture is Waoh and attracts likes, adorable comments and share, but what picture do you portray as a Christian? What picture does heaven see you displaying? What do they comment about you? Does your image portrayed, attracting lives to Christ or repelling? Scripture calls us, letter of commendation, an epistle of Christ. The way you actually pictures yourself, does it preaches Christ? We need to think, The word of God says, Meditate on these things.
May divine light shine on you and from your heart, may you see the necessity and beauty of this word to put in use, Amen.
