Bible reading: Romans 8:1-17
Father Lord of host, I pray You Glorify yourself as your friends, sons and daughters, sit at your feet to dine in your word, help us Lord to understand the spiritual language, and let our insights be enlightened, Amen.

The word flesh can also be called the natural body as well as the first Adam (1 Corinthians 15: 44-45). There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. (Gen 2 Vs 7).
Flesh is an instrument that only the mighty man can handle. Mere man are known by how easily they are been directed by the flesh. Flesh is so powerful to the extent that it brings some thing valuable to appear as something that is not necessary. We must know how flesh operate, so that we could know if we are a mighty man or a mere man. This we must understand that, it's the spirit that got born again not the flesh. That was why your complexion did not changed when you gave ur life to Christ. The spirit man changed. Flesh has only one major mission on earth (TO LUST) so when a believer began to see the trace of lust in his life, it indicates a sense of flesh longing to take an active role in the scenario of such believer's life. Let's be sensitive.
In our Bible reading, we could see how easily one could know if he is condemned or not. The Bible says "There is therefore no condemnation to them ( which you are part of) which are in Christ. In other word, there are condemnations for those who are not in Christ Jesus. So straight, every man and woman living a life without Christ are called the living condemned or the condemned living. It would have been easy not to work in flesh if Jesus is actually present in their lives. I know few most have begin to ask this question, "Why are some ministers of God, who knew Christ still find themselves fulfilling the lust of the flesh? The answer is simple, man sees them as a minister of God and God sees them as the ministers of man. "For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness." Romans 8:5,9,10.
You remain under the law when you are still operating under the flesh. No one is permitted to understand the hand writing of the spirit when you are still living under the flesh. Spiritual languages is too difficult to comprehend when the driver of such man remains Flesh. But one hidden truth about the flesh is, it is the best raw material used by God to make you a finished product.
You are yet to be certified when u have never refused been subjected to the dictations of the flesh. When flesh wins, you remain in the same class in the school of the spirit. Your spirit man is not tempted but the flesh. It's the flesh that lust after the opposite gender not the Spirit. The spirit man correct the flesh. Can I tell you this, prayer is not the first way out. As important as it is, to overcome flesh. Praying is not the first thing, because when youu are still in flesh, you won't desire praying, and the truth remains that any prayer said that time flows out of the will of the flesh, one thing about the flesh is he will never tell you how you can be saved from him, rather he deceived you with what look like the solution to your problem. Flesh present first prayer for you as the first way out, because he knows you won't be able to pray. You can ask yourself, how many times have you really desired to pray against the lust of the flesh and u You are able an faithful to do so. Here this, flesh is not a fool,he will never want u pray out of your problems, let's be sensitive.

Here are some of the way out.
1. Flesh is most times very afraid of your decision, Command your flesh.
2. Trust not in your own righteousness flesh has no respect for anointing, abide in the Lord.
3. Never run away from spiritual training. You start draining when you stop training.
4. Punish the flesh. don't give him what he loves taking, from there allow the starvation rigid and constant.
5. Mortify the flesh.
Prayer:
My father in heaven, I am satisfied just to see you glorify. Honour your words in the heart of you people, and let these words bear fruits, thank you father, in Jesus name.
